Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference on any swimwear.

Every bikini is carefully inspected before it is packaged and dispatched to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@kaliyahswim.com.

To be eligible for assessment, the item must:

Be returned in its original condition.
Have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfumes, lotions, fake tan, makeup, or any other signs of use.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect. If the fault is confirmed to be on our part, we will reimburse or cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to determine whether it is eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the item is found not to be faulty or does not meet the return conditions above, it will be returned to you.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow garment care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 2–6 business daysonce dispatched.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and during busy periods, sales and public holidays.
